YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRINT THIS PAGE OUT,ONLY THE PACKING SLIP NEEDS TO GO IN YOUR BOX WITH YOUR PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE SHIPPING

Available Clear Coat-
~ We offer 4 different types of clear coat finish. Flat clear is a matte finish, semi gloss, & high gloss (a lot of shine). We offer soft touch clear (Rubber Finish) but Tarjac will not warranty the finish at this time, if you product is not what you expected please contact Susan and we will redo your product for free, but in a flat clear (matte finish) Sorry for any Inconvenience this may have caused

Addition Fee Patterns-
~ We offer a couple different patterns, that have an additional fee involved in your price, if you are interested in one of these patterns please contact Susan Suffredini 315-539-8524 Ext 113 for more details and a free quote.

~ There are patterns on our website that are special order, if you would like one of these patterns please contact Susan Suffredini with a tracker number and we will order the pattern you would like, some additional fees may apply to some patterns also


Pattern Of The Month-
- Tarjac offers a different pattern each month that you can receive 30% off on your bill, the pattern of the month is located on our homepage. Please contact Susan Suffredini 315-539-8524 Ext 113 For more details.

Expediting Your Product-
~ Tarjac’s normal processing time is 30 business days, we offer an expediting service for an addition fee (Please contact Susan for details). Expediting service includes a 6 day processing time from the day it is received here at Tarjac and process your payment, we also ship your product out UPS 3DA. (3DA shipping is only available for domestic shipments,nothing out of the US)

Animal Skulls-
~ When sending in animal skulls we recommend wrapping them really well in bubble wrap, Do not packaging them in peanuts they get stuck in the skull. Please call ahead of time if you are chosing a designer pattern for your skull          
~ Please make sure that all the teeth,rack and other parts are tightly secure, Tarjac is not resposible for broken parts upon receiving parts or shipping parts
~ Masking off the atlers is included in your price, masking the teeth is not, it will be an additional $10.00 per skull to mask off the teeth

Picture Frames-
~  If you are intersested in getting a picture frame decorated please contact susan with measurements, you can view other picture frames that we have decorated on our websites homepage

Customer Packaging Instructions-
~Please do not use “peanuts” to pack your items. This may prevent us from seeing all of your product and will reduce the chance of smaller objects getting lost.

~If you are breaking product down, or sending more than one item. Please list the various parts under special insrtuctions We don’t always know what the product is when it’s broken down.
~If you are sending in a Pistol/AR-15, Tarjac does not decorate the barrel of an AR-15. The Pistol & AR-15 must be broke down, Tarjac can not accept these if they are not broke down.
~Customers need to remove the trigger and action assembly on their shotguns prior to shipping.
~Bows must also be disassembled. If this work has to be done at Tarjac, there is a $30.00 fee. Please do not send in parts that are not being decorated. Tarjac will not be responsible for these parts. If you send your products in dirty, rusty, with isolators, absorbers on stock or needing extra work before being able to be decorated Tarjac will charge an additional fee of $30.00.

Customer Shipping Instructions-
~Tarjac CAN NOT ship to a PO Box
~If you are shipping your product in a gun case or anyother case, You will need to put the case in a box. You will be charge an extra $10.00 fee if you do not have a box. Tarjac gets charge by the carrier for the gun cases
~IF YOU ARE SHIPPING ANYTHING IN FROM OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR OWN RETURN SHIPPING LABEL** (It is hard to quote a return shipping price for outside the country)
~All return COD shipments will be charged a $10.00 Fee

Insurance On You Product Shipping From Tarjac-
~ If you would like insurance on your package when it leaves Tarjac, please state on the bottom of the packing slip how much you product is worth.

Pattern Instructions-
* Patterns are subject to change without notification*
~Tarjac only uses authorized camouflage patterns in its process, there may be variation in look between products. Tarjac will not be responsible if your pattern is designed by a different company than what we use. Please specify the pattern you would like to decorate your products with. We will not guess at the pattern. You MUST be specific. (We do not offer solid colors unless you want just paint)
~Our film will not stick to all materials (Ex: rubber (this includes the scope caps), certain plastics & fake wood, chip board, flexible products) If any question, please call Susan @ 539-8524 Ext 113.

Warrenty Information-
~Tarjac is not responsible for, nor does Tarjac warranty optical equipment.(Scopes, Binoculars, ect.) Tarjac also can not guarantee that any wood product that it being submerged in water will not swell. Tarjac will not be responsible for lose parts that accompany your product.
~Our process involves total immersion in water; consumers should make their decision based on the original manufacturers.
~If There Is A Defect In Your Nu Skin/Xcess Product Within A Year And Needs To Be Sent Back To Tarjac The Customer Will Be Responsible For The Shipping Charges Back To Tarjac And Return Shipping.
~The Product Will Not Be Covered Under Warranty If You Strip The Product Yourself, It Must Be Stripped Here At Tarjac.

Processing /Shipping Product Back To The Customer Information-
~WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR GUN BACK PLEASE BE SURE THERE ARE NO OBSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR BARREL OR RECEIVER FROM PACKING MATERIALS AND ECT… THIS COULD RESULT IN AN INJURY WHEN THE GUN IS FIRED.
~If you choose not to have your package signed for on return delivery Tarjac, Inc. will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of your merchandise.

CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN DECORATED BY TARJAC

Thank you for choosing Tarjac for your Nu skin/Xccessoryde finish. The best finishing products available today have been used in decorating your product. With a little care, your product will retain its “new” finish for many years to come!
~ You should continue to use the same products that the manufacturer has suggested to care for your product. Keep in mind that the finish is paint, and minimize soaking your product in solvents for any extended period of time.
~ Bug sprays containing the ingredient “deet” have been known to ruin the finish.
~ Some oils may discolor the finish
~ Make sure there are no obstructions before you use your product
