Fluid Imaging Technology:

The FIT process allows our customers to differentiate their products in the marketplace. Products that are traditionally painted or powder coated for decorative purposes can now be customized to current trends or corporate branding strategies. The FIT process is done in seven steps. The first step is to choose or create an image to be applied. The next step involves the application of a base coat to the product, which promotes adhesion of the image to the products surface. The film with the image is then floated down a "dipping tank." At this point the film is sprayed with a chemical activator, which prepares the film for image transfer. The customers product is immersed through the activated film and immediately withdrawn from the tank. The color and image is transferred from the film to the product. The product is rinsed and a final protective clear coat is applied.

Tarjac's operation is designed for both large volume and small volume projects. Depending on the size of the project the process can be done in one of Tarjacs four manual dipping tanks or, if appropriate, in the automated dipping tank.

Custom Painting:

Tarjac has extensive skill and experience with 2 component urethane paint application as well as water borne paint applications. We have applied both urethanes and water borne paints to aftermarket auto products, sporting goods, telecom and appliances. The cornerstone of Tarjac's painting capabilities is its commitment to controlling the process. Regardless of project size, we will develop a cost-effective process for your product that results in your standards being achieved every time. We have continually worked to improve the quality of our finish by adding state of the art equipment and expanding the knowledge of our very talented people. With our automated paint line or our manual paint line, we can meet your painting needs.

Pad Printing:

Pad printing is one of the most versatile of all printing processes because of its ability to print on three-dimensional objects and compound angles. Pad printing evolved from several other printing processes (screen, rubber stamp and photogravure printing) and builds upon the best of each one.

Nu-Custom Process:

We are now offering our Nu-Custom Process. If you have a special picture or image you would like applied to your hunting partner or special something, then send it on in. The picture or image must be at least 200 ppi. Our Nu-Custom Process can be applied to any flat surface that is made of fiberglass, metal, aluminum, wood, or carbon. This can not be applied to plastic.

"Nu Skin" Feedback

In October of 2003, Tarjac initiated a Customer Survey Program. We wanted a way to measure ourselves and more importantly, wanted to make sure that our customers were 100% satisfied. Each time a Nu Skin ships back to the owner, we mail a survey. If the customer returns the survey, Customer Service issues a one per customer Credit Certificate for $20.00 towards their next Nu Skin purchase.
